Commercial Property Paralegal - Milton Keynes / Luton

Are you a paralegal with experience in Commercial Property looking for the chance to establish your career in a very successful top tier regional firm? If so, this Commercial Property role split between my client's Milton Keynes and Luton offices could be the one for you!

The Candidate & Role:
You will have around 2 years experience working as a paralegal in a Commercial Property department assisting on files or handling your own case load. You will be handling a high quality caseload from inception to completion, consisting of a broad range of commercial property matters, including some development and property finance work.

Particular experience in fully understanding the Conveyancing process and transactional related matters will benefit the successful candidate. The Property Paralegal position requires an individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks in a thriving Property team. Some of these tasks include, dealing with leases, licences, deeds of covenant, running a caseload, working as part of a larger team and handling all aspects of the Conveyancing transaction and maintaining close contact throughout the process with clients.
