The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Fee Earner has arisen at a highly regarded Lexcel accredited firm based in their Luton office. This role is ideal for a junior Solicitor with two years’ PQE or a Property Paralegal with good proven technical ability. Consisting of a varied and high-quality caseload from inception to completion, the successful Fee Earner will handle matters such as: licences; deeds of covenant; drafting leases; landlord and tenant matters and; all aspects of conveyancing. The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor with two years’ PQE, this role would be suitable for a junior Solicitor or Property Paralegal with good technical ability;
Excellent client care and communication skills;
Ability to handle a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, whilst also being a proactive team player;
Outstanding time management and organisational skills;
Possess a desire for career progression;
Willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives.
