CONTRACTS MANAGER (LEGAL) - SOFTWARE - BRACKNELL

An American software business based in Bracknell are looking for a Contracts Manager with a Software background to join their UK based legal team.

This Contracts Manager role will be focused on general commercial contracts and data protection, as they grow their customer base, and has very good progression and development opportunities due to the size of the business. They have an excellent company culture, with brand new offices, a very friendly and fun working environment where everyone is made to feel a valued member of both their team and the business as a whole. The company is growing very quickly and is highly entrepreneurial, so they are ideally looking for an ambitious individual.

For this Contracts Manager role you will need a minimum of five years experience in a Legal capacity (be that as a Paralegal or Contracts Manager) in addition to having experience within the software industry. It is essential that you have experience with General Commercial Contracts, in addition, any exposure to other areas of law (ie: data protection) would also be highly beneficial.
