The rare opportunity has arisen for an established Residential Property Solicitor to act as Head of Conveyancing at the Chelmsford office of a Legal 500, CQS and Lexcel accredited firm.
 
The firm are looking for an Residential Property Solicitor who has experience dealing with the full range of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages and remortgages, buy to let, and transfers of ownership. The successful candidate will take over an existing caseload and will have the support from the other fee earners within the department and wider firm. 
 
This Essex-based role would suit someone who has a genuine passion for residential property law and wants to become a "face" of the firm through attending various business development/marketing events, whilst working alongside the existing members of the team.
