Residential Conveyancer

Our client an established Law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer/ Fee Earner to join their office in Blackpool.

Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to manage the conveyancing process.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Partner the role will include but not be exclusive to:

Working within a busy and successful property team

Handling a range of Residential Conveyancing files including sales & purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Updating the in-house case management system

Adhering to billing targets

The Candidate

In order to be considered for the role you will:

Be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE

Have technical knowledge of the Residential Conveyancing process

Have the proven ability to manage a caseload from start to completion
