Brief Description of Role:


To work with and support the HR Recruitment function, providing support to the HR Director, Head of HR – Recruitment, HR Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Advisors.

To assist with co-ordinating the recruitment process for business services staff as required, alongside the lateral recruitment team.

Some duties include but are not limited to:
•To deliver an excellent, proactive professional recruitment service to the Firm to attract and recruit high calibre talent, in accordance with Firm strategy and recruitment budget.
•To assist in the management of the recruitment cycle, alongside the HR Advisor.
•To assist with Fee Earner recruitment as required
•To represent the recruitment function within the wider HR Department,  participating in meetings as required
•To develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and those involved in recruitment.
