The Commercial Property team at this prestigious firm boasts one of the largest teams of its nature in the region. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be working with full range of commercial property work on behalf of landlords and tenants, sellers and acquirers, occupiers, developers and investors. The work includes acquisitions and sales, commercial landlord and tenant matters and property development work.
Operating for over 10 years within the Stoke region, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and experience. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
Applications are invited from senior Solicitors who have 5 - 7 years PQE and come from a firm of similar calibre. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will demonstrate recent and proven experience within a similar environment working with high quality files.
