Conveyancing Fee Earner
A multi-office law firm in Chippenham, Wiltshire, is keen to expand its prestigious residential property team by appointing a new Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner.
The ideal candidate will be a Residential Property Solicitor/Fee Earner who is confident handling their own caseload of sales, purchases, mortgages and remortgages, buy to let, and transfers of ownership (under minimal supervision). Although the firm has well-built, existing client relationships, you must have experience and/or an interest in generating business development and marketing. The successful candidate will be approachable, professional, commercially viable, and possess good relationship building skills.
