Legal 200 firm is seeking a PSL Solicitor within the Risk and Compliance sector for their office in the Hayes area.

Their office in the Hayes area is now seeking a dynamic PSL Solicitor within Risk and Compliance.
The Role
A rare and fantastic opportunity for a PSL Solicitor within Risk and Compliance has arisen within a leading Legal 200 practice in the Hayes area. Applications are encouraged from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years PQE and previous experience in a leading or city law firm. With a strong academic background, the primary objective of the role is to assist the head of Risk and Compliance and managing partner in setting up and maintaining consistency and high level of client care in line with ISO and quality standards. Your duties will include: preparing internal updates; setting up and delivering training; managing existing LexisNexis and Lawtel subscriptions; helping coordinate the collection and dissemination of fee earners materials; promoting and developing knowledge sharing culture; creating and updating policies and procedures and; monitoring legal development and regulatory requirements. The successful Solicitor will actively participate and contribute to the firm's profile, maintaining terms of business and setting precedent forms of engagement letters whilst promoting firms values.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE and previous experience from a top tier or city law firm;
It will be advantageous to have previous experience in a PSL and/or know-how-team;
Working knowledge of the SRA Handbook and managing ISO and Lexcel standards would be highly desirable;
Possess a strong commercial and financial awareness;
Communicate well both verbal and written as well as work well as part of a team.
