Award –winning company seeks Conveyancing Fee Earner on a permanent basis in Surrey.

The Role
We are now actively seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner for a specialist team located in the Croydon area. Able to hit the ground running, the successful Fee Earner will manage a busy caseload from instruction to post-completion, ensuring high level of client care and service at all times. Areas will include: infrastructure agreements including easements and wayleaves; deeds of release and covenant; all aspects of site set up; transfers; reviewing title and planning documentation; lease drafting and; providing weekly cover on plot sales. In return, our client offers a competitive salary and benefits to include generous holiday allowance, bonuses, healthcare and pension.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or Paralegals with solid experience in residential property matters;
Candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
Thrives under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy;
Strong technical and IT skills are essential for the position;
Works well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on your own initiative;
Has a desire for professional development.
