Corporate Lawyer/Funds Lawyer – Mid/Senior Associate level – high-value cross-border corporate/M&A/funds work – Singapore  

This multi-jurisdictional offshore law firm is renowned globally for the strength of its corporate and funds practice, with its team in Singapore advising on the BVI and Cayman law elements of many of the largest transactions in the region. It is keen to add strength in depth through the addition of a UK/Commonwealth qualified lawyer with around four to six years’ experience in corporate, mergers & acquisitions and/or funds. You are likely to have a background in a top-level City/International law firm and some prior experience of working in Asia would be beneficial, albeit not essential.

The successful person can expect to be part of a highly ambitious but friendly and meritocratic team, enjoying extensive transactional and client management responsibility, not to mention playing an active role in business development. It promises excellent opportunities for career development and comes with an attractive salary, benefits, bonus and a relocation allowance if required.
