Lexcel accredited and leading practice is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor in Beaconsfield.
The Firm
Our client is a multi-office practice who offers a comprehensive range of legal services, to individuals and businesses across the UK. Staffed by a team of specialist fee earners, who are committed to providing exceptional service and high levels of client care, they have attained a number of sought-after accreditations including Lexcel. Recognising the importance of giving back, they have an active presence in their local communities and enjoy a high number of repeat referrals. They are now seeking a dynamic Family Solicitor to take over an existing caseload on a full or part-time basis.
The Role
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor in a well accredited and leading practice in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Possessing a minimum of 4 years PQE, the role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with solid background in Private family matters who can handle a varied and interesting caseload to meet tight deadlines. Your duties may include: divorce; ancillary relief; separation agreements; pre and post nuptial agreements; domestic violence; Children Act application and; guardianship orders. Family Panel membership would be advantageous to the role. Additional experience supervising a team is essential alongside a willingness to participate in business development and networking initiatives. This is a full or part-time permanent role.

The Candidate

Strong background in Private Family matters is essential.
Have an empathic approach, while communicating in a clear and concise manner.

Be able to handle a diverse caseload to meet tight deadlines.
Family Panel Membership will be beneficial but not essential.
