A brilliant opportunity for a talented and experienced commercial property solicitor to join a progressive law firm in the Teesside area.
The partners are willing to consider commercial property solicitors with no less than 3 PQE for this appointment as its arise due to succession planning, who have a proven track record of handling a range of transactions which include commercial sales, purchases and landlord and tenant work from instruction to completion.
A vibrant and fully supported working environment with a good repeat client base.
Applications are encouraged from individuals who consider themselves to be proactive, a self starter, with a strong technical ability. In addition excellent people and client management skills are sought and an interest in business development and good commercial awareness.
