Our client is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to join the CEO team in their stunning London offices on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join an international law firm with a culture that provides all their people with world-class support to achieve their ambitions.
Supporting the CEO and senior management, the Corporate Development Manager will advise on the strategy and future development of the firm.
Working on sensitive issues, your key duties will include:
- Monitoring and analysing the structure of the legal profession, to report on potential growth and expansion opportunities, providing both financial and market data to highlight the pros and cons of potential initiatives
- Assisting in the decision-making process regarding proposals and project managing any potential mergers
- Keeping across the Firm’s strategic objectives and managing the various work streams involved in firm wide projects
- Providing financial, operational and administrative support to the management team on proposed mergers or acquisitions, involving both small and large groups of partners and teams
Our client is looking for a bright, flexible and driven individual to support in the future development of the Firm. The MBA qualified Manager will have 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in professional services or management consultancy. Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to develop and sustain effective professional relationships, and you will prioritise your demanding workload to meet conflicting deadlines. Strong presentation skills are required as is the ability to implement practical working solutions to complex issues. Language skills would be advantageous.
