Our client, a media and events company, is seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their legal team.

The company is going through a busy time with a lot of activity going on and deals in the pipeline. They are looking for someone with a good amount of corporate experience to manage transactions, alongside more general commercial work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE*, and have previously managed corporate transactions.
