The Role

This firm are looking for a 2+ PQE Commercial Lawyer to join their flourishing Commercial office in Brighton, East Sussex.

This is a great opportunity for a lawyer to join a growing, already well established, heavy hitting Commercial team in Brighton with an energetic team already working with a wide range of company, commercial and contract work. The firm is offering a friendly, family feel and supportive environment to make you truly feel at home, and also great routes to progression.

Your tasks will include business sales and purchases, company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, management "buy ins" and "buy outs", shareholders' and directors' agreements, joint ventures, partnership agreements, NDAs, supply contracts and business terms and conditions, as well as an array of other commercial services.
