The Role

Because this firm is expanding, they are looking for a Corporate Commercial Partner or Senior Lawyer to join their Tonbridge Wells office, in Kent.

The role will involve procurement, complex contract drafting, negotiation, managing risk, negotiating liability and indemnity provisions. The client base includes a mixture of huge household corporates named and local authorities, alongside a great portfolio of leading media agencies and technology companies.

You will lead a team of top billing performers, working closely to deliver a first class service to a very loyal and exciting client base. This is a great opportunity to join, lead, and shape the future direction of a team that is experiencing a boom period.

Requirements

• You will have a minimum of six years PQE and have experience in complex Contracts, with experience in IP and tech being beneficial
• You will have evidence of great business development
• You will have evidence of team leading and building skills
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail and be results driven
