Our client is a leading US law firm with a dominant Corporate practice in New York, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
In line with successful expansion, the firm is looking to expand its Corporate M&A/PE department based in Hong Kong.
This is an opportunity for a mid-level Corporate lawyer (3-4 PQE), based in Hong Kong who possesses Native English drafting skills. Mandarin is not needed.
US or common law qualified, able to handle a broad range of Cross Border M&A, JV, Takeover, PE work within the Asia Pacific region. Native English is the key factor.
Requirements:
- 3-4 PQE years post qualification experience either from an international firm or established Hong Kong firm;
- Solid training from a top tier firm;
- US, Hong Kong, England and Wales or AUS qualified lawyers;
- Excellent command of the English language
