As the successful applicant, you will take on a wide range of responsibility, including:
- negotiating and executing documents including ISDAs, GMRAs and GMSLAs with the bank's clients;
- understanding the risk of each master agreement from a credit risk, operational risk, market risk and liquidity perspective;
- managing a strong legal network, both internally and externally; and
- assisting with the development of templates and guidelines to reflect the latest market and regulatory developments.
In order to be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate clear experience of negotiating a number of ISDAs, GMRAs and GMSLAs.
Experience from an in-house background would be a benefit. However candidates from a legal private practice background who have demonstrable OTC negotiation experience will also be considered.
