My client is the leading practice in Birkenhead, due to their continued growth and the ongoing success of the Counter Claims department, they are now looking to add an additional Counter Claims Litigation Executive / Solicitor to the team.

As a Counter Claims Litigation Executive or Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of fully litigated RTA counter claims, from instruction through to completion. The existing team deals with a varied caseload of complex litigated RTA Counter Claims files. You will be expected to have previous experience handling RTA files, either from a claimant or defendant background, with proven litigation experience gained ideally in a combination of the two. 

The successful Counter Claims Litigation Executive will be rewarded with a competitive salary, up to £35,000, lucrative bonus scheme and additional benefits, including on site parking.
