HR Adviser

Our client, a global law firm based in London, has an excellent career opportunity for an HR Adviser.  The role is generalist and requires 3 years' generalist HR experience including some experience of payroll (outsourced) in a law firm. 

Working closely with the HR Manager and Head of HR in a team of c.10 in total, you will be involved in Employee Relations, inductions, starter/leaver process, Recruitment, absence meetings, advising on benefits and responding to HR queries, maternity/paternity meetings, assisting with the appraisal process for lawyers and business services employees, international secondments, issuing contracts of employment, updating the HR system, attending HR related events, processing the monthly payroll i.e. advising the outsourced provider of changes, producing HR reports and generally supporting the HR team as requested.

You will require 3 years' generalist HR experience and good IT skills in MS Office. Salary is £43-45500 plus excellent benefits package.  Fabulous offices, great location, supportive and friendly team environment with particularly low turnover of staff.
