Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking to appoint an England and Wales admitted Solicitor to join their banking and finance office in Milan. The team have a wealth of expertise in Financing, Real Estate Financing and Structured Finance. The partners you will be working alongside have been recognised on legal 500s ‘leading individuals’ list and are internationally known for their expertise in their field.
The team are seeking to appoint banking and finance lawyer with 2+ PQE. You will be working with Fortune 500 clients advising on a range of areas including debt capital markets , investments, bonds, loans, structured finance, and corporate finance. You will need to be admitted to the England and Wales solicitors roll, have worked in Italy with Italian and UK banks and also be Fluent in English and Italian.
