Its legal function has a headcount of 40 worldwide, and oversees the company's insurance programmes, corporate and company secretarial, data protection and all litigation.

Your new role
You will sit in the businesses' head office, and your primary focus will be to support the day-to-day legal and compliance workload, focusing on reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as legal terms, documents and procedures. You will collaborate across the business and build strong relationships, as well as supporting the Group Corporate and Group Commercial Counsels. You will recommend and implement processes and systems to enhance performance and make internal processes more efficient. You will be the main administrator for the Legal Tracker, which is the company's online legal spend management tool. You will review NDAs for third party suppliers and support with wider company project work including M&A activity. You will support the development of GDPR, including drafting policies and reviewing documents. You will propose, develop and manage new and improved processes and procedures, and will identify and promote improvements to business processes within legal.

What you'll need to succeed
You ideally have 2+ years of commercial legal experience, and have a minimum 2 in your LLB. It would be preferred for you to have completed your LPC / BPTC, although this is not essential. You are a clear communicator, maintain good knowledge of legal developments and have an enquiring mindset. You are comfortable tackling new and unfamiliar matters, and can learn new things at a quick pace.
