We're currently supporting a charity to hire a Commercial Solicitor to their cohesive and supportive in-house legal team.
Based in Central London, the work they carry out supports their network of stakeholders and centres across the UK.
The Legal team is responsible for commercial contracts, fundraising agreements, data protection, IP work and property law.
As a qualified Solicitor, you will be expected to have involvement in all these areas plus, any areas deemed relevant, such as international agreements.
Working in a small team of lawyers, your skills an experience will continue to improve due to the exposure to various pieces of work and other parts of the business. Your existing experience will also prove very useful as you will be expected to provide advice and opinions to the rest of the legal team, other parts of the business and clients.
