The Role:

The Real Estate department is seeking to recruit an Associate to work in the Commercial Real Estate team to assist with corporate residential work and mixed use developments. The role will involve acquisitions, sales and mortgage of residential properties for corporate entities ideal candidate will work closely with the wider commercial property team. The role will be a variety of work including plot sales and some more complex transactions.

• You will be an Associate / Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE
• You will have good technical knowledge
• You will be organised and capable of running your own caseload
