Job description: We are recruiting for an innovative Council, based in the North West that requires a Data Protection/Freedom of Information/GDPR Locum Lawyer to support their team for an initial four month period, with a possibility of extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer to join the Council on a locum basis dealing with;
- Advising on DP/FOI and GDPR
- Exemptions and Internal Reviews
- Responding to Ombudsman Complaints
- Data collation and identification of at risk persons
The ideal candidate for this job will have previous DP/FOI/ GDPR experience, and although desirable, a formal legal qualification is not essential and all candidates with relevant legal experience will be considered.
