Funds Lawyer

This is a great opportunity for Lawyers who are exhausted by the usual Private Practice politics. This is a unique opportunity to work with external clients and maintain a broad client and work base, whilst eliminating the usual stresses of chargeable hours targets and face time culture.

This relatively new team have hit the ground running and have achieved some impressive work which has been fed through the internal network. The individual joining the team will be focusing on fund formation work as well advising on related regulatory matters.

The team is in early stages of its development and is a great time for some to leverage off that in terms of their own development. The successful individual will be;

• Between 2-5 years PQE
• Experienced within Investment Funds, both formation and regulatory aspects
• A team player who wants to be part of a growing team
• Wanting to add value to a team and be part of deciding the strategy/direction

This is a unique opportunity and one that for the right individual will give them complex and interesting work, along with a great work life balance. The team offers standard working hours and flexibility to work from home when needed.
