Description
The Employment Solicitor will advise individuals on claims, draft cases for Tribunal, handle the progress of claims including drafting witness statements and conducting preliminary hearings. There will be opportunities to assist with other complex advisory work such as discrimination and TUPE.
Profile
The ideal Employment Solicitor will have experience from a Claimant facing employment team. circa 2 yrs PQE. You will have done some of your own advocacy. You will be passionate and confident and willing and excited to work as part of a small but growing team in Manchester.
