Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

My client is a top tier Legal 200 Firm with Chambers ranked status. They are a specialist legal firm based in the Cheshire area. Due to further growth within the Property Team they now seek to recruit a Team Manager to manage a small Property Team. The role would suit a Qualified Property Solicitor, Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, Experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Head of Department, Head of Property Department.

The Role:

We are searching for a Qualified Property Solicitor with experience of both Residential and Commercial Property and management. The role will be to manage junior members of the team whilst managing a portfolio of work with a small amount of fee earning involved. Files will consist of advising on the acquisition and disposal of properties, joint venture and collaboration agreement, development agreements, Infrastructure agreements, dealing with banks requirements, planning agreements and site set-ups. You will also be advising on leases for large scale commercial landlords and tenants

To be considered for this role candidates should;

Have a proven background within commercial and Residential Property.

A minimum of 4 years PQE.

Have a strong academic background to deal with high quality commercial property work, acting for developers, trading businesses and institutional landowners.

Experience of managing a small Property Team.
