Paralegal

Our client, an asset management company, is seeking to recruit a Legal Officer/Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be supporting on large-scale transactions, responding to KYC requests, company secretarial work and compliance, drafting confidentiality agreements , assisting the transaction team, and advising the wider business on legal matters.

A suitable candidate will have at least one year's experience as a corporate/co-sec paralegal and have excellent academics.
