Legal Counsel - Tech Company

I have a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor to work as Legal Counsel within a tech company based in Berkshire on a maternity cover basis. An ideal move for anyone looking for their first or second in-house role.

The company's products are responsible for generating more than £65 billion worth of revenue for clients around the world, this particular role will focus on providing commercial advice for the European arm of the business, which has experienced sustained growth over the last few years.

As their commercially savvy Legal Counsel, your work will include (but is not limited to) drafting and negotiating business-to-business agreements, facilitating the provision of travel, IT and related services.

The Legal Director - to whom this role reports in to - is really keen to speak to people that find the idea of working in a fast moving environment, with an excellent and, at times demanding commercial team, exciting.

The Legal Director would also love to see people that have qualified in a mid to top-tier firm, with relevant commercial contracts experience too.

Ideally, in-house experience would be great or alternatively, a secondment in-house.
