This fast-paced growing business pride themselves on their values and result-orientated nature. They are presently expanding and are currently seeking an In-House Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join their Hereford office. This is a fantastic role with a vibrant company.

Your new role
My clients are seeking an experienced paralegal or legal executive with solid commercial contracts/corporate experience to assist in all aspects of legal and compliance support across the business. Reporting to the Legal Counsel, you will assist in relation to a variety of corporate and commercial matters and instructions and as such, a large part of your role will involve contracts and contract management.

You will advise on legal issues and risks and the drafting of proposals and agreements for discussion, review, negotiation and execution and assisting with the understanding of and implementation of industry / corporate laws and standards. You will support the Associate Director in relation to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures and work closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of corporate law and commercial contracts; you will ideally possess previous in-house experience but this is not a pre-requisite. You will ideally have your own car; free parking is available on site.
