Legal Counsel

A technology manufacturer based in Hertfordshire are currently looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Lawyer to manage the legal function and provide legal advice for the UK and other territories throughout Europe. As the Sole Legal Counsel you shall report directly into the CFO you will be required to regularly communicate relevant legal matters to a number of individuals across the senior management team and manage a number of legal projects as directed by the team.   

This role shall be supported by external counsel however the ideal candidate will need to have had experience in a similar role and have experience of drafting, negotiating and amending commercial contracts as well as have an understanding of the legal aspects of Employment law.
