Long established and leading Hertfordshire firm, seek a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Property Team. This is an attractive opportunity for an ambitious residential property specialist to join a reputable firm offering long term career development.

Role Description
The successful applicant will manage the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold residential properties from instruction through to completion. You will manage your own caseload with autonomy and efficiency maintaining the excellent client care that is expected from the team. You will work in conjunction with the firms marketing team in order to promote your services to the local community and seek to expand your client base through networking and new business development activities.

Candidate Specification
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with a minimum of 12 months experience in residential conveyancing. You will be confident in managing your own caseload with autonomy and without the need of secretarial support. This role is ideal for candidates looking to join a reputable firm who offer long term career development opportunities.

Remuneration
The salary on offer is dependent on experience and will be in the region of £25,000 to £35,000 and will be accompanied by a lucrative bonus scheme.
