We are looking for an enthusiastic and bright minded individual with InterAction experience to join a leading international law firm based in the heart of London. 

This firm has a true global presence, specialising in the fields of: Aviation, Space and Insurance law. They provide advice for multi-million dollar clients, working on highly publicised projects across the world.

The role is versatile and you will be exposed to a range of responsibilities including:

Management of client and contact data:

  • Manage the CRM/Data Change Management inbox and user requests. 
  • Work with the Clients and Markets team and International BD colleagues to ensure target lists are maintained.
  • Follow and implement current data admin tasks and procedures and make updates to improve them where possible. 
  • Resolve outstanding synch anomalies
  • Review security group lists on a regular basis to ensure these are up to date.

Reporting

  • Generate reports from InterAction and the firm’s e-marketing system Vuture to analyse BD data and e-marketing readership trends.
  • Working with the BD team and the Client Development Systems Manager to develop analysis and reporting.

Training

  • Provide training sessions to international BD colleagues, secretaries, the DPA Unit and lawyers.
  • Create and maintain training materials and hint / tips sheets.

 

Prospective candidates will have:

  • Previous experience using InterAction
  • Self-motivated, organised and methodical. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and part of a remote regional team.
  • Positive personality, strong interpersonal skills and a good attitude to client service. 
  • Proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for completeness of work.
  • Excellent desktop applications skills – MS Excel and Word. 
  • Knowledge of integrated e-marketing products would be an advantage.
