This Corporate Team acts for high quality clients across a range of sectors and geographies, increasingly with an international element. Typical clients will range from entrepreneurs through to quoted companies, and we provide a full spectrum of corporate advisory services, including M&A, restructuring, joint ventures, investment, capital markets and corporate recovery.

This is a great practice that truly focuses on the development of its people. Given the regular volume of M&A transactions, the firm is particularly interested in candidates with a preference for this area and strong credentials to support this.
