Corporate Associate - Hong Kong

I am currently working with a tier one UK law firm who have an established presence across Asia. The firm offer a full service practice to their international clients and have a stable, successful corporate team, which they are looking to hire for in their Hong Kong office. 

The firm are interested in speaking with Hong Kong qualified associates who have prior working knowledge in the region. Ideally, candidates will have at least 2 years of PQE and should have rounded corporate knowledge with an understanding of IPO and M&A considered important.

Applicants should have strong written and oral Cantonese, Mandarin and English language skills and the ability to work with all team members and clients. Successful candidates will work with a widely recognised partner and knowledgeable team.
