Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor living in close proximity to Stockton? Are you looking to make your mark within what will be a newly established quality conveyancing department? If so this role should jump out to you.

A successful Yorkshire and North East based Law firm is expanding into new offices in Stockton and as such need technically skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitors to join them.

Our client is a full service firm that has a long standing and excellent reputation within the Yorkshire and North East market. The firm has a number of offices throughout Yorkshire and the North East and have recently opened new offices throughout both regions so this is a very exciting growth period for the firm. You will be truly be able to make your mark within the newly established Stockton office.

The Role

You will be required to manage a full residential caseload from start to completion. You will manage the full transactional process and matters will certainly include: sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold and Transfer of Equity just to name a few.

In this role you will be fully supported by assistants that will be allocated directly to you, allowing you to fully focus on your caseload and fee earning responsibilities.

You will be fully supported by the rest of the conveyancing department. All fee earners throughout all offices can be contacted remotely and so there is a lots of support for you as and when any technical issues arise.

The Candidate:

You will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who is fully confident running your own caseload.

Due to expansion, the department is very busy at the moment and so it is important you are confident managing a sizeable caseload. However, our client values building and developing relationships with clients so you should be confident running your caseload whilst establishing a strong rapport with clients.
