Description
Duties of the Commercial Litigation Associate (2-6 PQE) may include:
- General support within the commercial litigation team
- Working on complex disputes
- Analysing cases and providing insight
- Assisting with business development
- Working on international disputes
Profile
You will have a detailed understanding of litigation and arbitration and be able to translate legal theory into practical commercial advice.
There a couple of roles with the firm:
- 2-4 yrs PQE
- 4-6 yrs PQE
Ideally you will have worked at a similarly reputable firm that is recognised for general disputes work and have a strong academic background.
