Planning Solicitor / Associate – An exciting opportunity has arisen with this growing planning team for a Planning Associate to join the Manchester department of this national practice. Following the recent lateral hire of two senior figures from rival firms, this latest instruction comes on the back of a desire to grow the Manchester offering further.

• Expertise: Ideally candidates should have around 1-4 PQE. Applicant should be able to demonstrate a good grounding in planning law and want to be part of a relatively small, but growing Manchester department.

PLANNING TEAM IN MANCHESTER

The Manchester team advises on a rich variety of planning matters for an impressive variety of matters. The team boasts a wealth of experience both from Partners with a legal background to senior planning consultants who have spent their career working in planning.

Together they offer their public and private clients advice on every aspect of the planning process from planning applications and appeals to negotiating highly complex s.106 agreements not-to-mention enforcement issues such as breach of condition notices. The team is also instructed on judicial review matters involving s.288 and s.289 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
