1-5 years PQE - Court Of Protection - Top Tier Claimant Law Firm - London

A fantastic opportunity has become available at a Top Tier Legal500 Law Firm in London. The firm is seeking a 1-5 year Solicitor to join their Court Of Protection department in order to support clients that have on-going Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence claims.

This role involves dealing with your own case-load and assisting senior solicitors on high valued, multi million pounds awards. You will be providing legal advise to clients and family members, assisting with tax affairs and accounts, assisting with the purchase of properties, monitoring clients budgets and liasing with doctors, managers, architects and other professionals.

You must possess great customer focus as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills to being able to adhere to tight deadlines. Knowledge of Mental Capacity Act and other relevant legislation is essential.
