Solicitor, legal executive or conveyancer to join a well-established local firm
The Firm
Our client has been established in the local area for a century or more. Over the years the practice has evolved and the firm continues to expand offering an excellent level of service, team work and a collaborative approach. The firm enjoys a very positive level of client feedback, consistently recommended by previous satisfied clients. A vacancy has now arisen for a solicitor to join the team in the Buckingham office, located in a pretty High Street location within easy reach of all amenities. The Role
You will be dealing with a varied caseload of matters involving the full conveyancing process including equity transfer and release, right to buy schemes, re-mortgaging and refinancing. The firm also offers advice on planning issues such as rights of way, drainage, local authority agreements, covenants and easements.
The Candidate
The firm will consider applications from 2+ years’ PQE solicitors, or similarly-experienced legal executives or conveyancers with a good background in a broad range of conveyancing from instruction to post completion;
With excellent client care skills;
A real team player.
Please note that the role is situated in a semi-rural location with limited public transport, so access to your own vehicle is essential.
