Conveyancing Assistant.
A Conveyancing Assistant role has come up with a leading Legal 500 firm in Northamptonshire. The firm specialises in property and offer high end bespoke conveyancing process management exposure.
Due to significant continued growth the firm are looking to appoint a conveyancing assistant to offer support to 4 leading fee earners within their Legal 500 department. The ideal candidate will be an experienced individual with around 1 - 2 years exposure to a similarly bespoke conveyancing environment.
You will be expected to have proven history of supporting Fee Earners in the management of their caseload, carrying out electronic ID checks on all clients and ensure these meet the required standard for AML, taking instructions from clients, sending Terms and Conditions of Business, estimates of fees and disbursements, carrying out OS2 and Bankruptcy searches, collating and sending or checking supporting documents, carrying out and checking pre-contract searches, receiving and checking mortgage instructions from lenders. Ideally the candidate will have exposure to assisting on a range of matters within residential conveyancing including, help-to-buy properties, retirement homes; freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and new build and self build properties. Their clients range from first-time buyers, through to highly experienced property developers and they are known to consistently achieve an extremely high level of client satisfaction.
