Trade Marks Operations Support Manager.
A leading patent and trade marks firm based in the heart of Manchester City Centre with a fantastic reputation are looking to recruit a Trade Marks Operations Support Manager to lead the trade mark support team (formalities, paralegals and secretaries within the offices)
You will be required to have experience of managing and developing a team with ideally experience from a Trade Mark or from the legal sector.
You will be overseeing their workflow, encompassing all aspects of quality control, query management, and reviewing, developing and implementing new processes across the firm to ensure consistency and efficient service is provided to their clients. You will be Identify and communicate to the Head of Formalities and Head of Trade Marks suggested improvements to the trade mark practice, and implement new processes and best practice across the firm and Lead, motivate and develop local trade mark support teams to ensure they are meeting the commercial needs of the business.
