Senior Commercial Legal Counsel- Pharmaceuticals

Multinational pharmaceutical company seeks a commercial lawyer to lead on legal shared services (including procurement).

Reporting to the Global lead, this role will support shared services in country and ensure group projects and services (working alongside broad parts of the business including sourcing, HR, technology, real estate, marketing, commercial and medical support and finance) are designed and implemented in accordance with applicable laws and company policy. The role will also be responsible for streamlining efficiencies, managing commercial contracting and compliance initiatives as well as managing local legal budgets for this area.

You will be a commercial lawyer with at least 5 years existing experience (although appropriate candidates at levels will be considered) in the above areas ideally from a similar multinational company and or from a well respected law firm. You will also have the ability to work at different levels of a fast moving matrixed organisation.
