Technology company supporting the gaming sector requires a Regulatory and Commercial Lawyer to join its fast-growing legal team. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will work closely with senior management, advising on a broad range of regulatory, competition and commercial law matters, including:
- Dealing with regulators either in-house or in private practice as well as some evidence of experience in advising in relation to regulated industries (e gambling, telecoms, utilities)
- Dealing with cross-border legal issues and industry compliance matters
- Preparing regulatory, licensing and compliance documents (including due diligence and disclosure process)
You will also be involved in a range of commercial matters, inclduing contract review, drafting and negotiation.
You will ideally have between 0-2 years' PQE. Any in-house experience within the technology or gaming sector is preferable but not required. An interest in gambling law is a bonus.
