Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
Our client is a leading national practice with a well established commercial litigation team in Manchester. A NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor position has now arisen for a bright and enthusiastic newly qualified solicitor.
The commercial litigation team works on a national and international basis including arbitration and ADR work. The team as a whole handles a varied caseload of contentious commercial matters including the obtaining of emergency interim relief, supervising Search Orders, advising on shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, and have solicitors specialising in Sports related disputes, Intellectual Property, Insolvency, Licensing and IT disputes.
You will join as a NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor to assist the team with a broad range of work, acting for multi-national companies and household name clients. The team is growing, and as such you will be joining at an exciting time in this national law firms' growth plan. There is a wealth of support and supervision from senior lawyers in the team as well as mentoring from junior lawyers. The team also enjoys a good balance of work and social activities.
As a newly qualified solicitor, the firm will develop you in a structured way allowing you to hone your skills as a newly qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor, and progress your career.
