A rare and exciting opportunity now exists for a Newly Qualified solicitor to join an elite US firm’s Technology and IP Practice in the heart of London.
The firm is amongst the most prestigious of the US firms operating in London. The Technology and IP Transactions practice is a hugely popular department within the firm and their client base is second to none. The role will be broad and varied and will involve advising on general commercial, IP, IT and some data protection related matters. The team work closely with the corporate department and help to advise on some high value M&A transactions.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained some commercial, corporate and IP experience during their training contract and is likely to come from a magic circle, silver circle or another US firm and will have outstanding academics. Language skills are advantageous.
The joining Associate can expect a spectacular remuneration package and be involved with advising on some of the best work in the market.
