Leisure - In House Solicitor - Regulatory

OUR CLIENT

A successful and fast growing international leisure group, seeks to appoint a Solicitor c 5PQE to handle a mainly corporate/regulatory workload as a member of an established in house legal team

THE ROLE

As a key member of a busy collegiate in house department , the post holder will be expected to work in a business facing role taking responsibility for :-

Regulatory work, Corporate Governance, Listing roles etc - the post holder must have PLC experience

Data Protection

Corporate commercial work

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, the successful candidate must have a strong corporate background, ideally with experience of data protection work

Applicants must be able to demonstrate first rate technical and commercial skills,
