Medium-sized West End law firm, is looking to hire an enthusiastic and proactive Office / Facilities Clerk. This role will suit a second jobber who is looking to build a career in legal administration.

The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s Office Manager and will undertake a broad range of administrative duties relating to the general office and facilities functions.

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Sorting both the incoming and outgoing post and faxes;
  • Photocopying, binding and scanning;
  • Helping with office / furniture moves and PC set-up;
  • Maintaining and updating the Deeds spreadsheet;
  • Dealing with a range of ad hoc requests from the Office Manager.
